A full introduction to the Mindfulness of Breathing meditation practice.
This is one of the two meditations taught at Triratna Buddhist Centres around the world, and is a practice which settles, calms and unifies one’s mind.
It is a good meditation practice to start with and is best done in a quiet environment and in a period of time when as much as possible you can put down concerns for other things – work, children etc, for the duration of the meditation.
