Have you ever thought of joining the WI?

Surlingham WI meets at 7.30pm on the first Thursday of every month, usually at Surlingham village hall. As well as providing a great opportunity to meet other women from the village,  there is an intriguing programme of events throughout the year! So far this year we have had several visiting speakers on such wide ranging topics as Life in the 17th Century and Sugarcraft.  In addition to the monthly meetings we organise trips to the theatre and visits to gardens. We also like to play games and have competitions.

This coming Thursday the topic is stage makeup and special effects, and our speaker will be Mr Richmond.

If you would like to come along for a taster session, please do. Ladies young and old are welcome and there is no obligation to join.
