Thursday 14th, Friday 15th & Saturday 16th February: 6pm – 9pm

 STARTERS

 Selection of artisan salamis from Marsh Pig in Claxton, courgette pickles, marinated olives,

home made focaccia bread

 Pan fried scallops, black pudding, pea purée, harissa oil

 Mediterranean vegetable jalousie with goats cheese, dressed salad leaves

 MAINS

 Slow cooked Swannington pork belly, creamy sage mash potato, sautéed savoy cabbage, cider jus

 Pan fried fillet of sea bass, sautéed new potatoes, purple sprouting broccoli, lemon & chive cream

 Roasted vegetable gateaux of mixed peppers, aubergine, courgette & mushroom,

dressed salad leaves with a sun blush tomato dressing

 10oz Swannington chargrilled ribeye steak, garlic & herb butter, baked flat mushroom, slow roasted tomatoes, skin on hand cut chips, beer battered onion rings, dressed salad leaves (£3.00 supplement)
