Just to remind you, the next Men’s Mardle is at 12:00 this Wednesday (7th August) at the Ferry House Inn, Surlingham (our regular table is booked). It would be great if you could make it.

As some of you already know, Geoff is very unwell following his operation back in June. So, unfortunately, he won’t be able to join us. But Brian and I felt it important to keep this event going in Geoff’s absence; we wish him and the family well.

Please invite anyone else who might enjoy a simple social gathering such as this. Especially this month, as I have had to resort to a very old distribution list, which almost certainly is missing many newer members and may have older out-of-date email addresses, please check that friends have received a reminder and bring them along.
