If you would like to be a part of this year’s harvest at Winbirri Vineyards, there are still a few spots left for the open harvest day on the 19th October (this will be the Bacchus harvest). You will get the chance to experience the harvest and also see some of the processes involved in wine making. The plan for the day, start picking from 9am onwards then mid morning coffees and bacon rolls are provided then normally around 4.30ish we head back to the winery to start the processing. When the processing starts everyone gets to enjoy some of last year’s wines and socialise with your fellow pickers whilst watching the wine making process. Then evening food is provided.
