Tiny Acorns woodland toddler group

There is plenty of space and a good weather forecast if you fancy joining us for woodland play and elevenses at the Ted Ellis Trust Nature Reserve today!

Tiny Acorns is on from 10am til 12pm today and every Wednesday and Friday in term time. It is for children (walking – 5 years) and their carers. £7 per session (1 adult & 1 child) including refreshments. Siblings £5, babies free, extra adults £3.

There are a range of lovely activities for you to participate in if you wish which are always there – painting, clay modelling, mud cookery, rope climbing, sharing a story, natural crafts and den building – as well as activities inspired or provided by the weather and changing seasons. Put simply, we play with whatever nature has to offer as we go along. However, if you like exploring undisturbed, the tranquil environment and relaxed atmosphere lend themselves perfectly to quiet wandering.

If you home educate and have an older sibling as well as a toddler, you are very welcome to bring them along too. Forest school is responsive to the needs and interests of all participants.
