There is a metal rod sticking out of the grass on the verge between the pond fence and the highway by the village sign. See photo below.

The rod ripped a car tyre yesterday so be careful where you park. NCC are aware.

If anyone in the village has a spare orange cone it might be an idea to put it over it until NCC get around to removing it.
