In Portugal the King of Fish is Cod so we will prepare it in a very special way: “Bacalhau à Brás” – cod in a mix of garlic, coriander and eggs topped with olives. We will add the extra touch of Yare Valley Oils Vinaigrette! Then array of cakes!
