Hello Wine Enthusiasts,

Firstly, a huge thank you to all who are joining us for our initial 11-day Open Public Harvest. Your enthusiasm and passion is truly overwhelming, and we’ve cherished every moment shared.

An Overflow of Interest!
Due to the high demand and feedback from many of you who couldn’t make the initial dates, we’re ecstatic to announce additional harvest dates! If you missed out the first time or wish to immerse yourself in the Winbirri experience once more, here’s your chance.

New Harvest Dates:
Wednesday, 11th October to Tuesday, 17th October.

Day’s Schedule:

• 9am: Briefing and tool distribution.
• Picking: Dive into the grapevines right after the briefing.
• Brunch: Revitalize with our signature Egg & Bacon Rolls and freshly brewed coffee.
• 5pm: Begin the wine processing journey.
• Evening: Delight in our 2022 wines, cherish stories, and watch the winemaking magic unfold, while indulging in an evening feast.
