STARTERS

Seasonal soup of the day (vegetarian), home made bread

Duck & pork terrine, plum chutney, home made orange toast

Goats cheese & cranberry roulade, dressed mixed leaves

Mini fish & chips: fresh mackerel fillet, pomme parisienne, pea purée

MAINS

Three bird roast: Norfolk turkey, Gressingham duck breast & chicken breast. Served with duck fat roast potatoes, cranberry, sage & onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, honey glazed parsnips, braised red cabbage, selection of seasonal vegetables, rich gravy

Char-grilled onglet steak, fondant potato, crème fraiche & black pepper savoy cabbage, red wine jus

Pan fried trout with lemon & basil butter, warm bean salad of green beans, butter beans & runner beans, roasted cherry tomatoes

Golden glazed carrot, spinach & hazelnut tart, hasselback potatoes, mushroom & port sauce

DESSERTS

Pear tarte tatin, cider shard, crème anglais

Dark chocolate fondant, home made honey & rosemary ice cream, candied rosemary, chocolate sauce

Non refundable deposit of £5.00 per person to confirm booking.

Booking and pre-ordering will be required for all parties. Booking forms will be provided.

Cancellation policy: changes must be advised within 48 hours notice of the meal to avoid incurring extra costs for food preparation already undertaken.
