There has been a lot of interest in our farm reared Turkeys (see info below) and just wanted to let you know we have only 2 left. Weighing in at a whopping 10-12kg. So if you have a lot of people to feed or appreciate this economical way to make the most of one amimal for many meals and beyond this Christmas just see the info below and get in touch, but be quick!! ‘We have some limited hand raised Norfolk Bronze Turkeys available from the farm. A beautiful and delicious breed. It is thought to derive from birds taken to Britain from Spain, where they had arrived with Spanish explorers returning from the New World and has become a famous bird in Norfolk. Classic, mellow, and traditional compared to the richer, more game-like Norfolk Black with a well-balanced, mild, and succulent flavour with a broad breast and plenty of white meat.
