Village Meditation a Great Success!

A big thank you to everyone who made it to our first ever meditation evening class for the village. The turnout exceeded our expectations and we raised £100 for the Ted Ellis Trust. It was great to share Padmaloka’s resources with the local community and raise money for such a good cause, everyone involved here really enjoyed the evening and is looking forward to the next one.

The next Introduction to Buddhist Meditation class will be on Wednesday 4th October, here at Padmaloka (first driveway on the right as you come into The Covey).  Arrive from 19:00 for a 19:30 start,

Everyone is welcome, whether you have meditated before or not, the class will be fully accessible to complete beginners. Feel free to invite your friends along. Under 18’s should be accompanied by a parent or designated guardian.

There will be a suggested donation of £5 with all proceeds donated to the Ted Ellis Trust. There’s no need to book, simply turn up on the night. If you have any questions or require more info you can phone us: 01508 538112 or email us:

If you are unable to make these classes, would like to take it further or would like something more regular, then do visit the Norwich Buddhist Centre, as they offer a full programme of regular classes for all levels.
