Yoga on Monday evenings in Surlingham

Regular classes on a Monday evening, 7-8:15pm. Held in the hall of Surlingham County Primary School. We cover Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Iyengar and Yin Yoga. Restorative alignment therapy. Weather permitting classes will continue until 25th November. Call: Yasmin Mulligan 07580612713.
