Fresh local mussels with an Aspalls cider & dill cream sauce, pancetta and homemade toasted ciabatta

Pan fried duck egg with grated parmesan, sautéed wild mushrooms & finished with truffle oil

Mozarella pomodoro salad with fresh basil, buffalo mozzarella, toasted pinenuts, balsamic reduction & plum tomatoes

Pan seared calves liver with sweet balsamic shallots, carrot puree, dried Parma ham & walnut crunch

Mains

Braised shoulder of lamb with caramelised apple & sage potato cake, vanilla carrots, sautéed spinach, carrot puree & a red wine jus

Ratatouille charlotte with new potatoes, crumbled goats cheese & a rocket salad

Pan seared salmon fillet with a pea veloute, beetroot salsa verde & panko crab cake

10oz Swannington ribeye steak with hand cut chips, slow roasted tomato and mushroom,               beer battered onion rings & dressed salad leaves (£3.00 supplement)

Desserts

Chocolate profiteroles with chantilly cream & a caramel shard (also available as a sharing dessert)

Strawberry macaroons with strawberries dipped in white & dark chocolate and a strawberry gel

Classic New York style baked vanilla cheesecake with a mixed berry compote

Chocolate fondant with clotted cream & salted caramel
