QUEEN’S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS TO BE HELD AT THE FERRY HOUSE FOR THE VILLAGE OF SURLINGHAM – EVERYONE WELCOME!

The Ferry House has managed to secure a grant for Surlingham offered by the Council in order to celebrate the Queen’s 90th Birthday.

We plan to hold the celebrations throughout the day on Saturday 11 June here at The Ferry House.

A street party/cream tea theme is the idea – however these celebrations are for all to enjoy and we welcome ideas and any offers of support.

A short meeting is being held at The Ferry House this Thursday 12 May 7pm til 8pm – anyone is welcome to come along with their suggestions on how best to utilise these funds for the village of Surlingham.  For those of you that cannot make this meeting, please feel free to drop any ideas in writing to Sonia at The Ferry House or email us on surlinghamferry@gmail.com or nikjax97@gmail.com.

We will keep you updated on surlingham.org and we are keeping our fingers crossed for good weather!
