Wanted man charged with armed robbery, Surlingham


Police can confirm man wanted in connection with an armed robbery at Surlingham Post Office has been arrested.

Kevin Tunmore, 36 and from Norwich, was arrested last night (30 August) and has since been charged with a number of offences.

Tunmore, of Low Common, Ashby St Mary, is accused of robbery, possession of an imitation firearm and failure to surrender to police in relation to an incident on 2 February 2017.

He has been remanded in custody at Wymondham Police Investigation Centre and will appear before Norwich Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday 31 August).
