Just a really quick one to say our latest batch of our farm reared grass-fed Belted Galloway will be with us in the farm shop tomorrow Thursday 21/05/26. The last selection went so quickly we must apologise for those who have been coming in looking for various cuts and had to be turned away (usually with some of the other wonderful goodies we have in the shop).

We were absolutely cleaned out of both fridges and freezers in very short time and as we wait for hanging time on the beef, tomorrow is the earliest we could get the next selection in and we always try to sell the previous cow before bringing in the next so the whole animal is used and nothing wasted.

There will be various cuts as per with steaks, sausages, burgers, mince, joints as well as offers in the freezer of mince and chuck/ braising/ stewing steak which we know many of you have rightfully taken advantage of at such great value and quality.

We still have the fresh fish van for an hour at 1:30pm until 2:30 pm every Thursday and the shop is brimming with lots of new and regular goodies.
