Our latest batch of our farm reared beef will be ready as of 4pm tomorrow (Friday the 17th of Feb 2017).
The beef has been hung for 30 days for an improved flavour and will be available tomorrow fresh in our farm shop fridge. Mid next week the beef will then go into the freezer as usual and remain just as delicious as ever. It will include mince, joints, braising steaks, rump, sirloin, fillet and much much more.
If you would like us to reserve some beef for us please do let us know HERE (the longest we can reserve the beef for you is 2 days.
For vegetarians and in other news we have some other wonderful things to tell you about. We have freshly brewed filter coffee now for only £2 a cup. We brew it straight into specially designed flasks that keep the coffee hot for hours then all you have to do is use the pump to release your delicious fresh coffee. We will be using Norfolk’s own Grey Seal coffee so you can buy as well as try in the shop.
Fresh veg will also be in tomorrow from 4pm in the form of onions, potatoes, leeks, cabbages, parsnips, broccoli, cauliflower and more. We will also be getting more of Wayland eggs’ Hen, duck and quails eggs.
We have local cheese galore including the new Nortons dairy soft spreadable cheese and ready meals created by head chef Andy Snowling and his wife.
So really, if it is a walk, fresh coffee, local shop or some of our wonderful farm reared beef do pop down from 4pm this weekend for some delights.
