Many parishioners will no doubt have noticed the newly installed village gates on Bramerton Road and Mill Road, along with the ‘wig-wag’ signals outside the school. These improvements have been made possible through joint funding from Surlingham Parish Council and Norfolk County Council under the Parish Partnership Scheme. While the Parish Council experienced some frustration over delays in their installation, they are now thrilled to see them in place. These additions clearly reflect the Council’s ongoing commitment to improving road safety and controlling traffic speed within the village.

Due to the nippy Autumn evenings, there is a change of plans 🙂
So, instead of the BBQ we are starting our comfy evenings. And for this Saturday we will serve a mixed meat roast in the Portuguese style served with roasted rosemary potatoes, sauté vegetables and carrots. You can BYO wine (object to a corkage fee) or indulge in Ana’s mocktails or alcohol free options. Booking is required as usual and we start at 6pm. If you want to come just text us on 07745181345.
See you all soon. Love Joaquim & Ana

Hello everyone! And just like that Summer is over and all of a sudden we feel the comfort of the falling leaves, cosy nights and different amazing sunsets…
If the season changes it means Teles Patisserie will be changing some things too!
So we will have our last Portuguese BBQ this Saturday and by October we will continue to be open on Saturday evenings with a taste of Portugal! Menu changes every week so soon we will let you know what’s coming!
As the fish van is at The Farm every Thursday, we are pairing with Alec to deliver to you an experience: you can buy fish from him (he will offer a discount), bring it into the Patisserie and Joaquim will cook it for you. How cool is that? Starting on 9th October.
October will also see return of Patisserie classes. Every week a different theme! Nothing is dull down here 😉
And as usual we will host the ANNUAL DOG PHOTO SHOOT on the 19th of November. Don’t forget to put this date on your diary! It’s worth £80 in a Xmas hamper!
In meantime we are open as usual Wednesday to Sunday, 10 to 4. Our new contact number is 07745181345.
