Fish Van tomorrow

The fish van will be with us tomorrow 10:30am until 4pm.

As always do please come see Tim and buy his fresh local goodies, the shop and Patisserie will also be open as per.

I will leave you on this joke that is so obvious, so silly, but really made me chuckle.

I went for a job interview the other day. They asked if I could perform under pressure. I said I wasn’t too bad, but did a really good Bohemian Rhapsody.

Bike, walk, drive in the Norfolk countryside on 11th September

Over 600 churches and chapels will be open to visit on 11th September.

St Mary’s in Surlingham is not alone. Our beautiful Church is on the Historic England Buildings at Risk Register and across Norfolk other historic churches, chapels and meeting houses are battling to survive. Roofs leak, lead roofs are stolen, ancient timbers rot and medieval stonework crumbles. Now you can help by joining a sponsored bike ride or walk discovering beautiful churches, and help to raise money for St Mary’s repair and preservation.

Sponsorship forms are available in St Mary’s.
