Padmaloka’s evening for the local community is almost here! Come tomorrow, Tuesday the 19th of November to again experience the spirit of the place in an evening of meditation.

For almost 50 years Padmaloka has been running retreats in the heart of Surlingham. Last year we put on an event for the local area, and on Tuesday the 19th of November we again welcome all adults in the surrounding community to come and experience the spirit of the place in an evening of meditation.
Come and delight in the kaleidoscopic beauty of its shrine room, learn how to meditate from experienced teachers, and soak up the tranquil atmosphere amongst old friends and new.

It is not too late to join the new local singing group led by professional singer/teacher Ben Lake,
There will be five sessions in Nov/Dec. These will be on Thursdays, November 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and December 5th ready to start singing at 2.30pm at The Parish Room, Rockland St Mary, NR14 7ER. The cost for these five sessions will be £25 but you can come along and try a first session for £5. Everyone welcome.
