A message from Sonia for all Ferry House Regulars,
Please try and book a table – even on the day. At busy times, there will be only a restricted menu for those who haven’t booked and there may be long waits. I do not want you to be disappointed.
Information supplied by Sonia Cox, Surlingham Ferry House
My daughter Rachel and son-in-law Alan Hardingham have taken an allotment in the village and desperately need a shed. If anyone in the village has an old shed that they want rid of, please use Contact Us to get in touch.

“I have family in Australia, and she is trying to trace her Dad and Grandparents who lived in Surlingham from about 1931 to roughly 1950. We have some photos of the house they lived in and a school group photo. These I believe are from the 1930’s. Also the children attended Surlingham School. They are: John and Martha Goodall and the children are : William and James Goodall.
If anyone has any information or can remember this family perhaps they can contact me via contact us on the website.”
