I will be looking for some well rotted horse manure to spread on my garden this autumn. Does anyone have some available or know where I can get some in Surlingham or the surrounding area? If so please leave a comment. Thanks.

This seems to amount to a 200m temporary closure of the kirby road off the A146, today for a week (from 1900-0600), with a one way system diversion running along Sallow Lane and Trumpery Lane.  What fun!

Extract from the NCC traffic order follows:

The road 1) will be temporarily closed (except for access), road 2) will be temporarily subject to the imposition of a one-way restriction (northbound) and road 3) will be temporarily subject to the imposition of a one-way restriction (southbound) – between 19:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs from 29^th June 2015 to 5^th July 2015 for the duration of the works, expected to be about 6 nights within the period.>

Alternative route is via: For traffic from Kirby Road to Loddon Road (Southbound) – U78106 Sallow Lane, A146 Loddon Road. For traffic from Loddon Road to Kirby Road (Northbound) – A146 Loddon Road, U78200 Trumpery Lane, C577 Kirby Road.
