This week’s Art Cafe and looking ahead at The Barn

I hope you’re well, keeping dry and finding some time and space in this hectic season.

On Wednesday (13th) Art Cafe in the Barn is open from 10.30am to 12.15pm. You’re welcome to drop in for refreshments, good company and the opportunity to make a wreath, if you wish. We have wreath frames that you can decorate for indoor or outdoor use – please feel free to follow your imagination. Bring anything you wish to use – you’ll also find some materials and foraging opportunities here.

The Christmas Warm Welcome is on December 18th, 11am-4pm with festive food, crackers and the occasional carol! Our thanks go to our committed team for a really good season in The Barn. Warm Welcome re-opens on January 15th.

Online Art Cafe starts up again on January 10th with ‘Art of the Psalms’, and Art Cafe in the Barn re-opens in an extended Winter Art Workshop, 10am-12.30pm.

Wishing you a good Advent and peaceful Christmas and New Year,

Nick

Christmas Trees

Hello you wonderful beings of the human. Just a quick note to say our Rare Breed Belted Galloway Beef still should be coming in to the farm shop in next couple of weeks so watch this space for updates on it.

The Christmas trees are in and selling fast (see image for prices and sizes) so don’t miss out.

Fish Van: Alec will be here as usual 1:30PM until 3PM every Thursday. His last one before Christmas is Thurs 21st Dec just in time for the big day and then he will be having a couple of weeks off with feet beside the fire before returning as usual on Thurs 11th Jan 2024.

The shop has a load of Goodies in now. Literally couldn’t fit any more in. Gift ideas, a lot of game such as pheasant, boar, partridge and much more in the chest and stand up freezer.
There are plenty of mince pies, we have some of the wonderful brownies in the chest freezer still and lots more.

Teles Patisserie are on it like a car bonnet as the cool kids might say with lots of events and hampers, special deals and tasty treats. Check out their Facebook page for more info.

Have a super week all!
