Next Sunday (June 4th) is Trinity Sunday, with communion services at 9.30am Claxton and 11am at Carleton St. Peter. At 4pm ‘Still with Three’ in the Barn offers a reflective time to explore God as Trinity. All welcome.

We are collecting any shoes, clothes or general items for the Surlingham Primary School Fête bric a brac stall. Items can be dropped to 4 The Green, Surlingham and given to me or left in our porch. No electrical items please as they can’t be checked. Happy to take all other items in good condition.

The Broads Authority are implementing a new focus on checking that all small craft using the Broads are licensed i.e. Kayaks, Canoes, Paddle Boards, row boats etc. Users of boats launching from the staithe lease ensure that either your boat is licensed with the Broads Authority or that you have membership of British Canoeing.
Just to make you aware of the waste collections for week commencing Monday 29th May. Garden Waste collections will be delayed by one day. Rubbish and Recycling will remain on their normal collection days Tuesday to Friday and not effect by the bank holiday Monday.

The Parish Council are looking to re-start the Speed Awareness Group and the use of the SAM2 within Surlingham and are looking for volunteers please.
