Annual Governance and Accountability Return 2019/2020

Below are the links to the documents that relate to the Parish Council accounts and accountability.

For the year 2019/2020 turnover was below £25,000 p.a. Therefore, this year the Parish Council submits a Certificate of Exemption to the external auditor PKF Littlejohn LLP and there is no requirement for an external audit.

The accounts will be available for inspection as explained in the Notice of Public Rights document below, for 30 working days from 22 June 2020 to 31 July 2020.

The following arrangements will apply during the Coronavirus

Contact the Clerk on 01508 538921 to arrange an appointment

The accounts will be taken to the Parish Hall for inspection on the agreed day and time

Hand sanitizer will be available if residents do not have their own and social distancing rules will apply

The accounts will then be unavailable for 72 hours after each inspection to ensure there is no cross contamination.

Copies of documents will be charged at 10p per copy. The copies will be made and delivered to the resident’s home address.
