You are invited to join warden Will Fitch on a guided walk of Wheatfen Reserve, home to a wide range of wildlife, rare fen flowers, dragonflies, a wide range of birds, and the iconic Swallowtail butterfly.
The walk will take approximately 2 hours, walking the paths of Wheatfen. Good footwear is recommended – hiking boots would be ideal for the time of year.
Will has lots of anecdotes to share about the history and conservation management and will discuss Ted Ellis’s legacy and the many projects ongoing at the reserve.

The singing group which meets at The Parish Room, Rockland St Mary resumes for the summer term this coming Thursday afternoon (24th April). We sing a variety of music – from musical theatre to spirituals to pop…. All abilities are welcome and you don’t have to be able to read music and you can come to the first session free.
