A bit thank you…….

Thank you to everyone who came along to the Surlingham Fayre Quiz at the Ferry pub on Saturday.  I do hope you all enjoyed the evening.  Thanks too go to our question setters for their teasers and of course a huge thank you to Sonia and her team for their warm welcome and for providing a very tasty hot supper……. not to mention the specially created deserts!

After paying for the supper we made £82.50 on the tickets and Barbara collected a further £45 on the raffle so thank you all.  The profits will be added to the takings from this year’s fayre and is ultimately destined mainly for the church repairs with a proportion going to the village hall.
