We’re looking out for a local wildlife photographer (either professional or a keen and proficient amateur) for a possible project on Alderfen Marshes. It would be good to link up with someone locally if possible.

The Parish Council meetings are open to the public to observe, they are not public meetings. There is the opportunity for the public to ask questions at every meeting.

We’re expecting a delivery of 9 trees for the orchard this week so plan a planting session on Sunday March 12 – between 2 and 4 pm. Everyone welcome – spade and gardening gloves would be useful.

Unfortunately I’m unable to present the Online Art Cafe this Wednesday (March 8th), but will re-arrange our second look at the paintings of Laura Knight in the next couple of months. 

On Sunday (12th) Still in the Wilderness: a Lenten reflection with words, music and stillness begins at 4pm in the Barn. All welcome.
